These items are to be brought at the time of joining the boarding. Students are not allowed to use tap recorder , radio and mobile phone in the Boarding.
Mess fee of a month is to be paid on or before 10th of the current month. Otherwise a fine of Rs.100/- will be charged for a month. Late arrival or beyond time scheduled will be charged a fine of Rs.1000/-.

Summer

Wake up time - 4:00 am
Sleep Time - 10:00 pm

Winter

Wake up time - 5:00 am
Sleep Time - 10:00 pm

Parents Meet

1st Sunday & Last Sunday in a month at 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
  1. Admission in the Boarding will be provisional subject to Allowed to Keep Term Rules.(AKTR).
  2. Boarding rules have to be strictly followed by all boarders.
  3. Students should not waste water and electricity.
  4. Boarders must bring the clothing and other essential things as per the list provided by the School.
  5. Boarders should always be punctual and maintain strict discipline.
  6. The boarding shall be treated as extension of the institution and observance of rules & regulation of the Boarding shall be compulsory for all boarders.
  7. Boarders are not allowed to keep any money, valuables , any electronic gadgets or mobile phone etc.
  8. Students shall be requiring paying double the original cost of any item found missing for their room.
  9. Students shall also require paying charge of repair the items that are found to have been willfully damaged/ have been damaged on account of misuse or unfair and carelessness.
  10. Students shall not interchange any furniture/fixture from the point/location in the Boarding to another besides a panel recovery students involved in such activities shall be expelled from the Boarding.
  11. Students are allotted rooms according to their age and class.
  12. Parents/Guardians should undertake to cooperate with the boarding authority and should be available on call and disclose all contact details.
  13. Parents/Visitors are advised not to insist/entry beyond the designated area or visiting room as itself disturbed other students.
  14. During vacation belongings should be kept in the cupboard and lock however students may avail common storage facilities for limited quantities.
  15. When the students has completed academic year, the student must take along all of their belongings.
  16. Students residing in the Boarding will be staying at their own risk, reliability and consequence any suicide attempt by himself/herself is punishable by Law.
  17. Students should not bring, take or drink any alcohol toxicating drink, drug or substance of any kind and or smoke in the room or any part of the premises.
  18. Students shall not drive any pegs or nails into wall or stick poster on wall, windows and doors.
  19. Ragging in any form is banned.
  20. Being a silent spectator and not reporting or stopping other indulging in ragging, ragging is also an offence and will invite similar disciplinary actions.
  21. Accepting or undergoing ragging and not reporting to this also offence. Please report any incident immediately to the member of the committee, warden/ security personnels/ campus administrators/ S.O/P.R.O/A.O/V.P. and Principal directly at any time of a day/night.
  22. Students are responsible for being possession of all valuable items and should be kept in the cupboard.
  23. Students can't change lock and key without the permission of the Principal and advised to get duplicate keys made against the lost of keys with the permission of the Principal.
  24. Students shall not indulge in any political or communal activities which is detrimental to the law and order and against the Government. Students shall not carry on any propaganda or publicity of any nature whatever in respect of anything or any matter including political or communal matter.
  25. Thief/Damage to Boarding asset in common area/corridor shall be recovered from all students of the flank/wing involved.
  26. Students are expected to use the study time profitably and discipline has to be maintained in the study hall.
  27. Attendance of the students in the Boarding will be taken strictly in the morning assembly. Any late comer will have to sign in a separate register. The late comer will be fined as per rules.
  28. A student shall not change/interchange his/her room with another students shifting in the vacant room without the previous written permission of the Principal.
  29. The Principal has right to shift a student from his/her room to another room without assigned.
  30. Night out shall not be allowed without the substantial reason.
  31. Students may be permitted to go home during holidays with written permission from parents to be submitted to and to be approved by the Principal.
  32. Students shall kept their rooms, veranda and surrounding tidy, need and clean at all time and shall not throw anything including rubbish in such place or any premises in the Boarding except in the dust bin or the place specifically provided for the same purposed.
  33. Students shall treat the staff and housekeeping staff of the boarding with due courtesy at all times.
  34. Service of the housekeeping staff shall not be utilized for private or personal work. No tips in cash or kind will be given to the staff of the boarding.
  35. Suggestion / Complain should be either deposited in the suggestion box or should be entered in the suggestion register kept in the Boarding premises.
  36. The management has the right to discontinue boarding accommodation given to a student on account of misconduct/violation of rules and regulations.
  37. Celebration of Birthday,
    *It shall be with prior written permission of the Principal.
    *It shall be held in a common place for 1 or 2 hours.
    *There shall not be any kind of physical discomfort.
    *No outside guest will be allowed.
